For the MDS, participants must bring their own food for the 4 days of the race. They will also have to carry it in their backpack, as well as cooking utensils (popote, stove, etc.).
It will be necessary to select the food that seems to be the most adapted to the efforts made, the weather conditions, the transport and the weight.
It is up to the participants to juggle between freeze-dried meals, sweet or salty snacks, compotes, soups... Without forgetting the race supplies (especially during the long stage): cereal bars, gels or other energy sources.
