When it comes to selecting the right footwear for your outdoor adventures, we strongly advise opting for a lightweight pair of trail shoes that offer excellent traction. A well-fitted shoe can significantly enhance your overall experience by providing the necessary support and stability on uneven terrains.
It is crucial to ensure that these shoes are not brand new, as new footwear can often lead to discomfort and blisters during prolonged use.
Additionally, we recommend choosing shoes that are one to two sizes larger than your usual size. This extra space allows for better circulation and comfort, especially during long hikes or runs, as your feet may swell over time.

Equally important is the selection of socks, which can greatly impact your comfort level during physical activities. We suggest bringing along two pairs of high-quality socks, specifically trail socks or anti-blister socks.
These types of socks are designed to wick moisture away from your feet, reducing the likelihood of blisters and discomfort. Having a spare pair is essential, as it allows you to change socks from one day to the next or even during a race if your feet happen to get wet. Keeping your feet dry and comfortable is key to maintaining your energy and performance, so investing in the right socks is just as critical as choosing the right shoes.
