What is a ticket?
A ticket is a support request sent by a user to our support team. It can be a technical issue, a question about a product, or a general inquiry.
Each ticket contains a history of exchanges between you (the requester) and our agents, allowing for clear and structured tracking.
Tickets can be created from different channels:
- By email
- From the help center (contact form)
- Via live chat
How to register a ticket?
Method 1: From the Help Center (recommended)
- Go to our Help Center.
- Click on “Submit a request” or “Contact us”.
- Fill out the form:
- Subject of your request
- Detailed description of the issue
- Attach any helpful files (screenshots, documents, etc.)
- Click on “Send”.
Tip: The more specific your message is, the quicker we can assist you.
Method 2: By email
Send an email to the following address: contact@marathondessables.com
Indicate your request in the subject and describe your issue in the body of the message.
Method 3: Via live chat
If the option is available, you can click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen and start a conversation. A ticket will be automatically generated if the request requires follow-up.
