You will need to bring your food from April 3rd to 11th (24 meals) as follow:
April 3rd - Day 1 : dinner
April 4th to 10th - Days 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 : breakfast, lunch, dinner
April 11 - Day 9 : breakfast, lunch
Each participant must have a minimum of 2,000 k/calories per race day, from April 5th to 10th included (There is no minimum calorie requirement on April, 11th. However, each participant must provide their own breakfast and lunch).
It will be necessary to select the food that seems to be the most adapted to the efforts made, the climatic conditions, the transport and the weight.
Any food out its original packaging must be equipped, legibly, of the nutrition label shown on the product concerned. The first 4 meals will not be subject to inspection.
