How to become a MDS organization volunteer?

During our MDS 2024, the staff may need volunteers to complete the organization/participant relations team, depending on the destination.

 

Your role as an organization/participant relations volunteer :

- welcoming participants to the hotel

- carry out technical checks before the event

- Setting up the checkpoint and carrying out the various tasks (scanning race numbers, distributing water, motivating participants and keeping them smiling, etc.)

- responding to participants' requests at the bivouac

- be present at the finish of each stage

- Managing the MDS shop ...

The MDS staff will give a general briefing before the event.

 

The bivouac is fixed and each volunteer sleeps in an individual tent. There are no showers, networks or wifi.

The rythm of each day on the bivouac is intense, with fairly short nights.
