How can I get a refund after a cancellation?

If you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund, each person needs to individually submit their request with the email address of their MDS account by email to [e-mail].

The cancellation fee schedule can be found in the MDS rules for which you registered.
Refunds will be issued following your request, and the MDS teams will keep you informed of the progress.
