You will need to plan for a total of 10 meals as listed below:
- Day 3: lunch, dinner.
- Days 4, 5: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
- Day 6: breakfast, lunch.
It is strongly recommended to have a minimum of 2,000 kilocalories per race day.
