What are the cancellation conditions?

Here are the cancellation conditions for the MDS Handi 2026:

 

• Until May 10, 2026, participants can get a full refund of the amounts paid.

• 25% of the total registration fees will be retained by the Organizer in case of withdrawal occurring between May 11, 2026 and June 14, 2026.

• 50% of the total registration fees will be retained by the Organizer in case of withdrawal occurring between June 15, 2026 and July 12, 2026.

After midnight on July 12, 2026, no refund requests will be accepted.
