MDS ULTRA 2026 - What are the cancellation conditions?

Here are the cancellation conditions for the MDS ULTRA Morocco 2026:

- Cancellation possible without fees until August 17, 2025 inclusive.
- From August 18, 2025 to September 21, 2025 inclusive, 25% of the total registration amount will be retained by the organization in case of cancellation. 
- From September 22, 2025 to October 26, 2025 inclusive, 50% of the total registration amount will be retained by the organization in case of cancellation. 
- After October 26, 2025 inclusive, no refund is possible; however, it will still be possible to defer your registration according to the event's conditions.
