MDS ULTRA 2026 - Where can I find the medical certificate? Where should I submit it once completed?

You can download the official medical certificate for the MDS in PDF format directly from your MDS account in the "My Documents" section.

A few things to know about the medical certificate:
- It will be available 3 months before the race.
- It must be filled out by a doctor.
- You will need to present the original paper version during the technical and medical checks.

The exercise ECG is not mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended after the age of 40.
