CAPPADOCIA 2026 - What are the cancellation conditions?

Here are the cancellation conditions for MDS Cappadocia 2026:

 

- Free cancellation until January 11, 2026 included.

- Between January 12 and February 15, 2026 included, 25% of the total amount of the registration will be kept by the organization in case of cancellation.

- From February 16, 2026 to March 15, 2026, 50% of the total amount of the registration will be kept by the organization in case of cancellation.

- After March 15, 2026, no refund is possible, however it will still be possible to postpone your registration according to the conditions of the event
