- Backpack plus 2 water bottles.
- T-shirt + running shorts.
- Trail shoes + sand gaiters.
- Cap and sunglasses.
- Change: light T-shirt + light shorts / leggings.
- Jacket for the evening and morning.
- Duvet + mattress.
- Hygiene products (sun cream, soap, antiseptic...).
- Toilet paper.
- Food and kitchen utensils (cooking utensils, lighter, fire pellets...).
