JORDAN November 2024 - Where can I find the medical certificate ? Where do I put it when I fill it ?

You can download the official MDS medical certificate in PDF format directly from your MDS account under "My Documents".

Some information to know about the medical certificate:
- It will be available 3 months before the race.
- It must be filled out by a doctor.
- You will have to present the original version in paper format during the technical and medical controls.

The ECG of effort is not obligatory, on the other hand, after the age of 40 years, is strongly recommended.
