You will need to plan for a total of 10 meals as mentioned below:
- First day: lunch, dinner.
- Second and third day: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
- Fourth day: breakfast, lunch.
A minimum of 2000KCAL per day is strongly recommended by the organization.
